Site Analysis
- Preparation and comprehensive evaluation of conceptual site development designs. Land utilization, structure placement, phasing and zoning restrictions.
Preliminary Design
- Preparation of preliminary site plan, floor plans, elevations, details and sections are drawn and submitted to the local city or county. Economic feasibility studies in conjunction with the client and his/her construction team.
Presentation Design Review
- Client and governing authority consultation and project review.
Construction Documents
- Preparation of drawings and specifications based on approved design setting forth in detail the construction documents for the project.
Bidding or Negotiations
- Assist client in working with contractor and sub contractors for construction of the project.
Construction Administration
- Site visits, attendance of project meetings, answering contractor, sub contractor and client questions regarding construction and to determine, in general, if work is proceeding in accordance with the construction documents.
