The Firm
Richard Dart Architect was founded in 1986 in Livermore, California. Our firm has designed a wide variety of quality projects located throughout the Tri Valley, Bay Area and Northern California.
We are a goal-oriented firm, our product is not just design review or building permit. We want to see each project not only completed but also functioning in the intended manor. Regardless of size, to each of our valued clients, we are committed throughout the design and building process.
Founder and CEO Richard Dart
Graduating with a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering Degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1966, Richard Dart’s professional experience includes commercial, industrial, residential, multi-family, specialty, engineering and teaching. Mr. Dart’s 40 plus years of developed experience is best represented by his continued business success in Northern California. Richard is also a licensed architect in Nevada, Oregon, Colorado and Hawaii.
Staff
Robert Dart joined the firm in 2003 bringing his 8 years of construction and 13 years of Information Technology Infrastructure and Project Management experience with him. When needed Richard Dart Architect also employs professional cad drafters on an as-needed basis.
